Registration Procedure
Login with your ID and PW on the On-line Registration System
Click Registration/Status menu, fill out and submit the form
Complete the Payment according to the payment methods (Credit card or Bank transfer)
You will get a Confirmation letter via e-mail from the NetSci2016 within a week after completing the full payment

- Students are those who are doing their master or doctoral degree course.
- Apply for Travel Grants (Travel Grant submission deadline: April 15)
- Organizing Committee will provide travel grant for the limited number of participants who are coming from the developing countries. Fill out the application form and send it back to Secretariat via email. It will be reviewed by our committee.

By Credit Card- VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, and UnionPay card are only acceptable.
- Payment by credit card is available through the on-line procedure only.
- Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to KRP*eximbay
- Please make the bank transfer to below account provided. (Sender’s name MUST BE identical with registrant’s name)
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the sender.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Requests to change congress registration and cancellations must be made in writing and to be emailed to the NetSci2016 secretariat (registration@netsci2016.net)
- Please note that refund will be made after the conference for the administrative reasons and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
- The bank charges for the refund is on the registrants.
